We Agree:
- SharkandBear.COM (from now on referred to as S&B) will protect your privacy and never share your personal data.
- S&B agrees to create a personal space for you on our website where you can receive donations through the use of a PayPal account.
- S&B can at its discretion, edit, or refuse to post any wording we receive from you.
- Content that contains inappropriate or sexual content will not be included.
- S&B can’t be held responsible for the validity of the content of the posting. We will review the content for appropriateness but do not research the claims our customers are posting on their website.
- S&B cannot guarantee you the amount of donations that you will receive.
- S&B will market your website via appropriate channels to ensure visibility to potential contributors.
You Agree:
- You will not hold S&B responsible for anything other than providing and posting to your special web page your wording which is provided by you.
- You agree that if you post personal information including phone numbers, email addresses or physical mailing addresses on your site that you do so at your own risk. S&B can’t be held responsible for any actions that occur if you post such personal information.
- It is your responsibility to provide an active email address and PayPal account.
- Once your page is set up you may cancel at any time but the one time set up fee will not be refunded.
- You agree that the information you are posting is accurate and factual.
- You agree that you are an individual or a legitimate 501C/ not for profit organization and not a for profit business.
